Everything was good, but we stayed for 1 night only. Well-kept accommodation, obliging staff, BRILLIANT location close to the centre of town.

Hearty breakfast with variety of options, stunningly beautiful and fairly clean place. We enjoyed the convenience of the twin room, as well as an ironing set, a work desk and TV etc. The location of the hotel was very central, very close to Perth, shops. They had a smooth check-in too.

Every part of it was second to none, I really enjoyed staff and rooms. Decent view, a tiny balcony, lovely bed, too. Breakfast had lots of options, fruit, cheese, granola, boiled eggs and hot waffles. All in all a pet-friendly hotel and superb stay.

Thank you for providing us with an absolutely amazing stay. The reason we thoroughly enjoyed it was incredible staff and location. Wonderful view of canal. Cosy reception. There were stable internet and great parking available.
Downside was the air conditioning which was a bit noisy.

Interesting design, soft bed, exceptional breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our guest room with beautiful furniture. The location was reasonably priced, countryside. Comfortable garden and heated pool.

the breakfast is good and the staff is helpful. breizh restaurant, which can be found only 300 m away, was a fast dining option. an easy walk to frames gallery and other tourist spots.

Great location with parking on-site. One of the dining options, Grand Italia, was 5 mins walk away. No complaints whatsoever with the hotel. Fine base for holiday in Perth;)))
